Exercise is an important part of recovery and staying well long term.

My background in Sports Therapy and APPI Pilates helps me choose exercises that are tailored to your needs, whether you're recovering from injury, returning to exercise, managing back pain or simply wanting to move with more confidence.

You won't be sent away with a generic exercise sheet. I'll help you understand which exercises are most relevant to you and how to perform them correctly.
