Queensferry Chiropractic Fees and Cancellation Policy

 

Fees

Current fees are displayed within the clinic, on the clinic website, and are available on request.

Fees are payable at the time of appointment unless otherwise agreed.

 

Missed Appointments and Late Cancellations

 

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. If you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice wherever possible.

 

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or appointments that are missed without notice, may be subject to the full appointment fee.

 

The application of cancellation fees will take account of individual circumstances and will remain at the discretion of Queensferry Chiropractic.

 

 

Late Arrival

 

Patients arriving late may receive a shortened appointment to avoid delays for other patients.Where insufficient time remains to provide safe and effective care, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.

 

Payment Methods

 

Payment can be made by card, cash or other methods offered by the clinic.

Fee Reviews

 

Fees may be reviewed periodically. Patients will be given reasonable notice of any changes.

At Queensferry Chiropractic, we are committed to providing high-quality care and excellent customer service. We welcome feedback and take all concerns and complaints seriously. We aim to resolve complaints promptly, fairly and professionally.

 

Informal Concerns

 

If you are unhappy with any aspect of your care or our service, we encourage you to raise your concerns as soon as possible. Many issues can be resolved quickly through discussion.

Concerns can be raised:

  • In person during your appointment

  • By telephone

  • By email

 

Formal Complaints

 

If your concern cannot be resolved informally, you may submit a formal complaint in writing.

Please include:

  • Your full name and contact details

  • A description of your complaint

  • Relevant dates and details

  • Any supporting information you feel is relevant

What Happens Next?

  1. We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 5 working days.

  2. We will investigate the complaint thoroughly and fairly.

  3. We aim to provide a written response within 20 working days.

  4. If additional time is required, we will keep you informed of progress and expected timescales.

 

Confidentiality

All complaints will be handled confidentially and in accordance with UK data protection legislation. Information will only be shared where necessary to investigate and resolve the complaint.

Learning and Improvement

Complaints and feedback are reviewed to help improve patient care and service quality.

If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of our complaints process, or feel unable to raise your concern directly with Queensferry Chiropractic, you may contact:

Chaperones

 

Chaperones are available on request.

 

As Queensferry Chiropractic is a sole practitioner clinic, patients are welcome to bring a family member, friend or companion to appointments if they would like a chaperone present.
