Chiropractic care

As a solo chiropractor, I take the time to understand what’s bothering you, how it’s affecting your everyday life and what you’d like to get back to.

Chiropractic care may be helpful for a range of muscle and joint problems, including back and neck pain, sciatica, headaches arising from the neck, shoulder and hip pain, joint stiffness and general aches and tension.

Treatment may include:

Chiropractic adjustments
Traditional hands-on treatment to help improve joint movement where appropriate.

Activator and SOT
Gentler approaches that can be used when appropriate, particularly if you prefer a lower-force option.

Other techniques may also be used, including soft tissue work, massage, dry needling and cupping, depending on what I find and what you’re comfortable with.

I'll explain what I find and talk you through the options before we decide what approach is right for you.

Helping you stay active

Staying active means something different to everyone. It might be walking the dog, gardening, keeping up with family, going to the gym, travelling, playing sport or simply getting through your day more comfortably.

My aim is to help you move with more confidence and get back to the things that matter to you.

Not sure if any of this applies to you? Book a free 15-minute chat and we'll have an honest conversation about it.
